1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
SLE Management GmbH
Lindenallee 30A
30675 Hannover
Germany
Email: admin@edelron.de
Phone: 0176 64031354

2. Scope of data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary for a functional website and for our content and services. Technically necessary operations do not require consent. Analytics and map services, as well as storing non-essential information on your device, are used only with your explicit consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Beyond that, we process the data you send us via the contact form or otherwise on your own initiative.

3. Server log data

When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating-system details. This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in error-free presentation and security). Log data is deleted after a short period.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (AWS). The servers are located in the eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). AWS processes the log data described above on our behalf under a data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Cookies and consent

This website uses no third-party cookies and no external trackers. Technically necessary functions do not require consent (Sec. 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer.

Statistics (our own, no third parties)

We use our own, self-operated visit statistics only; data is not shared with or sold to third parties. Without your consent we process only technical data your browser transmits automatically (page requested, referrer, language, user agent, IP address); from this we derive an anonymous session identifier with a daily changing key — the IP address is not stored afterwards, and visits on different days cannot be linked (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). With your consent (“Accept all”) we store an identifier in your browser (retention: 12 months) to link your visits with each other and — if you submit an enquiry — with your enquiry, and to record interaction data such as scroll depth and time on page (Sec. 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Upon withdrawal the identifier is deleted and the linkage in our systems is removed.

Local storage (technically required)

To operate the website we store in your browser: your language choice; your enquiry, if it could not yet be transmitted due to a connection failure (deleted after successful transmission, at the latest after 7 days); your decision regarding the statistics notice. Legal basis: Sec. 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary for the service you requested).

8. Contact form

Via the contact form you can send us your name, your email address and, optionally, a phone number and a message. Name and email address are required; further details are voluntary. We process this data solely to handle your enquiry. Transmission is encrypted (TLS) to our systems, which are operated by the hosting provider named in section 4 (AWS, Frankfurt region). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply. You may also contact us by email or phone.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

11. Status and changes

As of July 2026. This policy will be updated whenever data processing on this website changes.
